A. In the unfortunate event that you would like to cancel your subscription, please logon to your Witchy Secrets account and cancel your subscription. If you have any issues in cancelling your subscription please contact Magick@witchysecrets.co.uk

Q. If I subscribe, am I committing to a whole year?

A. No of course not, you can cancel your subscription at any time. 

Q. When will I receive my Sample Delight Subscription Package?

A. You should receive your monthly box within the 1st week of the anniversary of your 1st purchase of the subscription package.

Q. Do I have to pay for delivery?

A. No you don't my lovely, delivery is free under the subscription plan.

Q. What if I don't like the fragrances? Can I return them?

A. Unfortunately not, We can't accept returns on these monthly boxes. 

Q. What happens if I receive my box damaged?

A. Every effort is taken to ensure that your monthly box is delivered to you in perfect condition, however in the unlikely event you receive your box in less than perfect condition please follow our normal damage in transit process.
