• ALWAYS DILUTE YOUR ESSENTIAL OIL BEFORE USE!
• Keep your essential oil bottle away from sources of light. Exposure to light especially sunlight can cause essential oils to oxidize rather quickly. As this happens, they typically lose their fragrance and any therapeutic qualities they may have had.
• Please make sure your lid is tight when not in use. Exposure to air can cause oils to oxidize just as much as exposure to sunlight, it's important to have an airtight seal. 
• Avoid heat sources, Most essential oils are flammable. They're often made with alcohol, which can quickly catch fire if left near a fire, candle, or stove. 
• Do not mix your essential oils, unless you are specifically trained on which oils can be mixed together we strongly advise you not to mix oils. 
• Do not use on damaged skin, using your oil on damaged skin may cause irritation so best not to use this where the skin is already inflamed.
